About Flower Subscriptions
You can choose the delivery date of the week when checking out! Currently we offer deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays!
Your subscription will be renewed weekly or bi-weekly (Your choice) and you will pay as you go. You can cancel, pause or make changes anytime!
Your subscription will be renewed every 3 months and you will prepay for 12 weekly deliveries everytime. Deliveries will only be made weekly during the 12 weeks. You cannot cancel, pause or make changes during the 3 months period.
If you would like to request a refund because of damaged or lower quality flowers received, please reach out to email@example.com with photo proof attached within 24 hours of receiving. We will review and issue you refund after verification.
Yes, you can change the flower subscription product you selected anytime after subscribe if you choose Subscribe. Your next charge and delivery will reflect the new product selected.
But this does not apply to Prepay.
You cannot change your delivery frequency after subscribe. The only way to change your delivery frequency is to cancel your current one and start a new subscription with the new frequency you prefer!
Of course, you can gift any of our flower subscription to your loved ones! Just choose gifting when you check out!
You can also leave your recipient a note, which we will help write on a card and include in the first delivery!
Currently we do not offer any selection option on the flower variety we delivery every week.
Our florists will pick and design in season fresh flowers for you, making sure the arrangement will be stunning and can be your weekly delight!
If you are our current customer and have purchased products from Adore, you can log into your account and get you referral link!
We currently only deliver to selected zip codes in Chicago area. When you are checking out, you will be asked to confirm if your address is within our delivery range.
For all accessories product, the same rule applies. Your purchased accessory will be included in your next flower delivery bag!
You can purchase any vase or one time product on our website if you are currently an Adore flower subscriber!
The products you purchased will be delivered with your next flower delivery!
If you are our customer since our previous website, your account is still active in our system. If you would like to make changes or have questions, you can still reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will remind you when your existing subscription expires, and you will be able to make a new subscription here, using our new system!
You can still create an account here and participate in our new referral program, but you will not be able to see your previous flower subscription here.
